These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 8l88. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 8l88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8l88 website at 8l88.bio, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account management services available thereon. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or engaging in any activity on the Platform.
By accessing 8l88 in any way — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all Users of the 8l88 Platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders who are not actively playing, and active players who place wagers and use casino games. Your continued use of 8l88 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
8l88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Where reasonably practicable, 8l88 will also notify registered users via the Platform's notification system. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on 8l88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 8l88 operates as an adults-only platform. We do not accept registrations from individuals under 21, and any account found to have been created by an underage user will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
- You must be registering on your own behalf only. You may not register an account on behalf of a third party or allow another individual to use your account credentials to access the Platform.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with 8l88 or have had a previous account closed by 8l88 for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other policy violation.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number, and any additional details requested during KYC verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Registration and Management
The following provisions apply to the creation, maintenance, and closure of 8l88 accounts.
Clause 3.1
One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on 8l88 at any time. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, names, or payment details — all duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice. Any balance held in duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture. 8l88 uses technical and manual controls to detect multiple account registrations.
Clause 3.2
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8l88 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or as a result of your credentials being shared — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8l88 support immediately.
Clause 3.3
KYC Verification
8l88 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires submission of a clear photograph of a government-issued identification document — typically a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — along with a selfie. Verification is a one-time process and typically completes within 24 hours of document submission. 8l88 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits to your 8l88 account must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. 8l88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. 8l88 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit originates from your own payment source.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. 8l88 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Important notice on chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to 8l88 is a serious breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, 8l88 will immediately suspend the associated account, freeze any remaining balance, and may pursue recovery of the disputed amount through available legal channels. Players who believe a deposit was made in error should contact 8l88 support before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
8l88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket events. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general provisions set out in this section.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have not previously received the same offer. Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through techniques such as bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.
- Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements. The games eligible for meeting wagering requirements with free spin winnings will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Games with high RTP or low house edge may contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting rollover conditions.
- 8l88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited and not yet subject to wagering will remain valid for the period stated in the original offer terms.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on 8l88 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for checking bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. 8l88 will not reverse or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear technical error or where the relevant sporting event is subject to exceptional circumstances (for example, a match abandoned due to weather or a declared void by the governing body).
Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing and studio equipment. 8l88 is not responsible for telecommunication, internet connection, or device failures that interrupt a casino game session. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 8l88 will follow the game provider's standard resolution protocol.
Minimum and maximum stakes
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and player account status. Current stake limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market page at the time of placement. 8l88 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly for accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8l88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in further legal action:
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds or using third-party payment sources to fund your account.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a betting market or casino game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting on the same selection across multiple accounts.
- Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your 8l88 account, whether intentionally or negligently. Account holders are solely responsible for ensuring their account is not accessible to minors.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin games, or interact with the Platform in ways not permitted by standard manual user operation. All Platform activity must be conducted by a human user in real time.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8l88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the request of the player themselves.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e. not as a result of a Terms breach), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus funds are not returned upon account closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 8l88 reserves the right to retain the full balance.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
8l88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including name, mobile number, transaction history, and KYC documentation.
8l88 uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as required to deliver the Platform's services. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8l88 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption — regardless of whether 8l88 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
8l88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8l88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
11. Amendments to These Terms
8l88 may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at /terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 8l88 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the revision date.
